Former Assets Of Bankrupt KSL Media Inc. Up For Bid

Tiger Group conducting online sale for equipment and other assets formerly owned by communications planning agency; bids close May 1

LOS ANGELES (4/24/14) — By order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Tiger Group’s Remarketing Services Division is auctioning late-model audiovisual and computer equipment, office and break room furniture, and other assets from the Los Angeles offices of bankrupt communications planning and media buying agency KSL Media Inc.

Bidding in the online sale is now underway at www.SoldTiger.com and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on May 1 at 10:30 a.m. (PT). The assets will be available for inspection at 15910 Ventura Blvd., Suite 900 in Encino, on April 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT).

This auction features Apple iMac, MacBook Pro and Mac mini computers, Lenovo and Toshiba laptops, integrated videoconferencing and phone systems, flat panel HD televisions, projectors and projector screens, network servers, a complete break room, and other equipment,” said Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger Remarketing Services. “Any business that wishes to update its offices or enhance its computer and network capabilities will find tremendous buying opportunities at this sale.

Telecommunications, servers, and networking equipment being auctioned include more than 90 Avaya and Cisco Voice-over-Internet phones, Avaya IP phone systems, DL360 servers, and Polycom HDX6000 and VSX5000 videoconference systems. Audiovisual equipment available for sale includes 60-inch LG, Phillips and Vizio LCD, LED and plasma HD TVs; Sony BluRay players; Yamaha receivers, projectors and projector screens; and Gefen wireless VGA extenders.

Office equipment up for bid includes more than 30 Canon and HP copiers, and LaserJet and ColorJet printers, as well as paper shredders, photo printers, and a card scanner. Furniture being offered includes contemporary leather couches, love seats and arm chairs; more than 85 Haworth Look, Very and Zody pneumatic task chairs, all featuring an international design; more than 100 Haworth guest chairs; and over 50 Haworth modular workstations. File cabinets, conference tables, desks, credenzas, rolling work tables, and other office furnishings will also be offered for sale.

Break room and kitchen furniture includes a combination billiard and ping-pong table, an oversized gumball machine, a popcorn machine, an I-vend snack and beverage dispensing machine, full-size and dorm refrigerators, Keurig coffee makers, and other assets.

KSL Media Inc. voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection in September 2013 in California Central Bankruptcy Court (case number 1:13-bk-15929). The case was converted to a Chapter 7 filing in December 2013 (case number 1:13-bk-15929-AA).
