Jack Leach serves as a Financial Analyst supporting Tiger’s Industrial asset appraisal reports.
Before joining Tiger, Leach was most recently a Market Risk Analyst Co-op at UBS. There, he produced reports for trading desks and senior leadership, conducted in-depth risk analysis across asset classes, and developed valuation models for Value at Risk (VaR) and Liquidity Adjusted Stress Analysis.
Prior to UBS, he served as an Actuary Co-op at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where he investigated policies for life insurance products, and delivered analytical presentations on pricing strategies and historical product performance.
Leach received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
