Job Summary:

The liquidation field consultant is responsible for the 4-wall profitability of all store assignments.

A successful candidate must be willing to work a 3 month project in an assigned North American location and have the desire to advance to more senior levels and high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee field store assignments.
  • Direct store staff to meet sales goals.
  • Manage payroll and expenses.
  • Protect store assets through Loss Prevention initiatives.
  • Maintain high presentation standards and marketing sales events.
  • Meet reporting and task deadlines.
  • Clearly communicate any issues with the project lead.

Qualifications:

  • Retail Multi-Unit or Big Box leadership experience.
  • Strong, merchandising, problem-solving, planning, and organizational
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and internet research.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must have integrity and an impeccable work ethic.
  • Must own laptop and smartphone.
  • Previous liquidation experience is preferred but not necessary.
