Job Summary:
The liquidation field consultant is responsible for the 4-wall profitability of all store assignments.
A successful candidate must be willing to work a 3 month project in an assigned North American location and have the desire to advance to more senior levels and high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee field store assignments.
- Direct store staff to meet sales goals.
- Manage payroll and expenses.
- Protect store assets through Loss Prevention initiatives.
- Maintain high presentation standards and marketing sales events.
- Meet reporting and task deadlines.
- Clearly communicate any issues with the project lead.
Qualifications:
- Retail Multi-Unit or Big Box leadership experience.
- Strong, merchandising, problem-solving, planning, and organizational
- Proficient in Word, Excel and internet research.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must have integrity and an impeccable work ethic.
- Must own laptop and smartphone.
- Previous liquidation experience is preferred but not necessary.
