Jamie Lisac is Group Head and Senior Managing Director of Tiger Investment Banking, where he focuses on buy- and sell-side distressed M&A, distressed debt capital raises, strategic alternatives, and balance-sheet restructurings. Lisac brings 25 years of experience to companies and their stakeholders who are facing capital structure challenges.
Prior to joining Tiger, Lisac led the special situations investment banking groups at Capstone Partners and, earlier, Huron Consulting Group. Before transitioning exclusively to investment banking more than 15 years ago, he provided restructuring advisory services at leading financial advisory firms FTI Consulting and Alix Partners where the Chicago-based executive served in senior roles on prominent corporate restructurings including General Motors, New Century Financial and LyondellBasell.
Lisac received his MBA degree from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
