Jason Rae is a Managing Director of Tiger Finance where he is responsible for sourcing secured debt financing opportunities and developing new, and enhancing existing, strategic relationships. Leveraging 20 years of asset valuation, advisory and disposition services experience, Rae works closely with lenders, private equity sponsors, advisors and investment banks to deliver asset-based solutions to both consumer and industrial operators.
Prior to joining Tiger Finance, Jason co-led Tiger Valuation Services’ business development team and was responsible for the New England and Canadian markets. He has served as a key contributor to the company’s overall growth and has participated in some of its largest disposition ventures. Prior to that, he was a Senior Project Manager of a national appraisal and liquidation practice, where he managed a team of professionals and conducted pre-funding due diligence, inventory appraisals and collateral monitoring for hundreds of companies on behalf of lending institutions worldwide.
Rae holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and is a member of the Secured Finance Network, Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
